Last Updated: July 20, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Luminsoin™.
This website and online store are operated by Alliance Plastics LLC, doing business under the Luminsoin™ brand. In these Terms of Service, the words “Luminsoin™,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Alliance Plastics LLC.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of:
- Our website and online store
- Product pages and digital content
- Checkout and payment functions
- Customer accounts
- Order-related communications
- Products and services made available through the website
- Any other features, applications, or tools connected to our online store
Together, these are referred to as the “Services.”
Our online store uses Shopify technology to provide certain website, checkout, hosting, and commerce functions. Purchases made through the store are transactions between you and Alliance Plastics LLC.
By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Do not access or use the Services if you do not accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility to Use the Services
You must be at least the legal age of majority in your state, province, territory, or country of residence to make a purchase through the Services.
When you permit a minor to access the Services using a device or account that you own or control, you accept responsibility for that minor’s activity to the extent permitted by law.
You may not use the Services when:
- Applicable law prohibits you from doing so
- Your access has previously been suspended or terminated
- You intend to use the Services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
- You cannot legally enter into a binding agreement
3. Information You Provide
Certain features may require you to submit personal, billing, payment, shipping, or account information.
You agree that all information provided by you will be:
- Accurate
- Complete
- Current
- Submitted with proper authorization
- Updated when material changes occur
You are responsible for any delivery failure, payment issue, or other problem caused by inaccurate or incomplete information that you submit.
We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify an order, prevent fraud, fulfill a legal obligation, or protect the security of the Services.
4. Customer Accounts
Some portions of the Services may allow or require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- Protecting your password and login credentials
- Restricting unauthorized access to your account
- Reviewing activity completed through your account
- Informing us promptly of suspected unauthorized use
You may not sell, rent, license, transfer, or assign your account to another person without our written permission.
We may restrict or suspend an account when we reasonably believe it has been compromised, used fraudulently, or operated in violation of these Terms.
5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product information clearly and accurately.
Product information may include:
- Photographs
- Dimensions
- Materials
- Features
- Compatibility details
- Care instructions
- Packaging information
- Availability
- Estimated colors or finishes
Screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing tolerances, and device displays may affect how a product appears online. We cannot guarantee that every color, texture, measurement, or visual detail displayed on your screen will be identical to the delivered item.
Minor differences that do not materially affect the product’s intended function may not constitute a defect.
You are responsible for reviewing the product description, measurements, warnings, and usage instructions before placing an order.
6. Product Availability and Purchase Limits
Products may be offered in limited quantities and can be modified, replaced, or discontinued without advance notice.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit the number of products purchased in one transaction
- Restrict sales to certain customers, addresses, regions, or jurisdictions
- Decline orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale
- Remove a product from the store
- Correct availability information
- Set purchase limits for promotional items
The display of a product on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available.
7. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
An automated order confirmation only acknowledges that we received your submission. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
An order is accepted when we:
- Approve or successfully process payment
- Complete any necessary verification
- Confirm that the product is available
- Begin fulfillment or send confirmation of acceptance
We may reject, hold, modify, or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or description errors
- Suspected fraud
- Payment failure
- Duplicate orders
- Shipping restrictions
- Unusual purchasing activity
- Violation of these Terms
- Legal or regulatory requirements
When an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.
8. Personal and Household Purchases
Unless we provide prior written approval, products sold through the Services are intended for personal or household use.
You may not purchase products for:
- Unauthorized commercial resale
- Export in violation of applicable law
- Misleading redistribution
- Removal or alteration of branding
- Incorporation into unlawful or unsafe products
We may cancel orders that reasonably appear to involve unauthorized resale, bulk purchasing, or distribution activity.
9. Prices and Currency
Unless another currency is expressly displayed during checkout, prices are stated and processed in United States Dollars (USD).
Prices may change at any time before an order is submitted.
The price applicable to your purchase will normally be the price displayed at checkout and confirmed in the order confirmation.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, product prices may exclude:
- Shipping charges
- Sales tax
- Value-added tax
- Customs duties
- Import fees
- Brokerage charges
- Currency-conversion fees
- Other government or third-party assessments
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or international transaction charges. These charges are controlled by the provider and are not collected by Luminsoin™.
10. Discounts and Promotional Offers
Discount codes, bundles, free-item offers, promotional prices, and limited-time campaigns may be subject to separate conditions.
Unless expressly permitted:
- Discounts cannot be combined
- Codes cannot be exchanged for cash
- Promotions cannot be applied retroactively
- Promotional benefits cannot be transferred
- Offers may be limited by product, quantity, customer, region, or time period
When promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will govern that offer.
We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by fraud, technical error, abuse, inaccurate information, or unauthorized distribution.
11. Billing and Payment Authorization
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information.
By submitting payment details, you represent that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method
- The billing information is accurate
- The payment provider may process the transaction
- You will pay all properly disclosed charges associated with the order
A payment may be subject to authorization, identity checks, fraud screening, or temporary holds imposed by a bank or payment provider.
We cannot override a decision made by your card issuer, PayPal, bank, or other payment provider.
Additional information about available payment methods is provided in our Payment Options page.
12. Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges
Taxes may be calculated and collected when required by applicable law.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, or other costs assessed by local authorities.
Such charges are not controlled by Luminsoin™ and may not be included in the amount paid at checkout unless expressly stated.
Failure to pay an applicable import charge may cause a shipment to be delayed, returned, abandoned, or disposed of according to carrier or customs procedures.
13. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
Processing and delivery periods displayed on the website are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances such as:
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Transportation interruptions
- Incorrect address information
- High seasonal order volume
- Events outside our reasonable control
Responsibility for loss or damage during delivery will be determined under applicable law and our Shipping Policy.
Customers must provide a complete and deliverable address and should review tracking information after shipment.
14. Cancellations and Order Changes
We begin processing orders shortly after they are submitted.
Requests to change or cancel an order should be sent within the period identified in our Shipping Policy. Approval is not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
We may be unable to change:
- Recipient information
- Shipping address
- Product selection
- Quantity
- Payment method
- Delivery service
Do not submit a second order solely because you are uncertain whether the first order was completed. Contact customer support so that we can review the order status.
15. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
You must obtain return authorization before sending a product back.
Products returned without approval, sent to an incorrect address, or returned outside the applicable period may not qualify for acceptance or reimbursement.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
16. Proper Product Use
You agree to use products responsibly and in accordance with:
- Product instructions
- Safety notices
- Age recommendations
- Weight or capacity limits
- Cleaning and care instructions
- Applicable laws and regulations
You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your intended use.
Do not use a product in a way that is unsafe, unlawful, inconsistent with its instructions, or likely to cause injury or property damage.
Product packaging, warnings, and instruction materials should be retained for future reference.
17. Ownership of Website Content
The Services and their contents are owned by or licensed to Alliance Plastics LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Protected materials may include:
- The Luminsoin™ name and branding
- Logos and graphic elements
- Product photographs
- Videos
- Product descriptions
- Page layouts
- Illustrations
- Packaging designs
- Written content
- Website code
- Icons
- Audio
- Downloadable materials
- Marketing materials
Your use of the Services does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
18. Limited Permission to Use the Website
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Services for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.
Without written authorization, you may not:
- Reproduce substantial portions of the website
- Republish product images or descriptions
- Modify or create derivative versions of our content
- Sell or commercially exploit website materials
- Remove copyright or trademark notices
- Use our branding to imply endorsement
- Frame or mirror the website
- Download content for a competing commercial purpose
- Use automated systems to collect product or customer data
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
19. Trademarks
Luminsoin™, related product names, logos, slogans, trade dress, and design elements may be trademarks or proprietary identifiers of Alliance Plastics LLC or its licensors.
You may not use them in a way that:
- Creates customer confusion
- Suggests an unauthorized relationship
- Misrepresents product origin
- Damages the brand
- Promotes counterfeit or competing goods
Shopify and other third-party names or logos appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.
20. Reviews, Messages, and Submitted Content
You may have opportunities to submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, questions, or other materials, collectively referred to as “User Content.”
You retain ownership of your original User Content. By submitting it to us, you grant Alliance Plastics LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, translate, publish, distribute, display, and promote that content in connection with our business and Services.
This permission continues for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable privacy law.
You confirm that:
- You own the submitted content or have permission to share it
- The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- Any incentive or compensation connected to a review has been disclosed
- The content does not violate another person’s rights
- The content does not contain unlawful or malicious material
We are not required to publish, preserve, respond to, or compensate you for User Content.
21. Content Moderation
We may review, reject, edit, restrict, or remove User Content that we reasonably consider:
- False or misleading
- Abusive or threatening
- Defamatory
- Obscene
- Discriminatory
- Fraudulent
- Unrelated to the product or service
- In violation of privacy rights
- Infringing intellectual property
- Containing malware or harmful code
- Otherwise inconsistent with these Terms
You remain responsible for content submitted through your account.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from posting an honest review or lawful statement about our products or Services.
22. Third-Party Services and Tools
The Services may include features operated by payment processors, delivery providers, analytics providers, social platforms, application developers, or other third parties.
We may provide access to these features without directly controlling every aspect of their operation.
Third-party services may be governed by their own:
- Terms of service
- Privacy policies
- Refund rules
- Security procedures
- Eligibility requirements
Your use of an optional third-party feature is at your discretion and may create a separate relationship between you and that provider.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third-party providers.
23. External Websites
The website may contain links to websites that are not operated by Alliance Plastics LLC.
A link does not necessarily mean that we:
- Own the external website
- Control its content
- Endorse its products
- Guarantee its security
- Accept responsibility for its policies
Review the external provider’s terms and policies before supplying personal information or completing a transaction.
Questions regarding purchases made on an external website should be directed to that website’s operator.
24. Relationship With Shopify
Our online store uses Shopify’s commerce platform to make the Services available.
Alliance Plastics LLC, rather than Shopify, is the seller responsible for products purchased directly from the Luminsoin™ store.
This includes responsibility for:
- Product information
- Order fulfillment
- Customer support
- Returns and refunds
- Product-related complaints
- Applicable merchant obligations
Shopify is not the manufacturer or seller of Luminsoin™ products merely because its platform supports the store.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, product-related claims should be directed to Alliance Plastics LLC rather than Shopify.
25. Privacy and Personal Information
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services rely on Shopify and other service providers, information may be processed by those providers to support:
- Website hosting
- Checkout
- Payment processing
- Fraud prevention
- Analytics
- Customer support
- Order fulfillment
- Advertising and marketing, where permitted
Information may be processed in jurisdictions other than your place of residence, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
Review our Privacy Policy and available privacy controls for further information.
26. Errors and Corrections
The website may occasionally contain errors or incomplete information involving:
- Product specifications
- Inventory
- Prices
- Discounts
- Shipping charges
- Delivery estimates
- Images
- Promotional terms
- Product descriptions
We may correct or update such information without advance notice.
When a material error affects an order, we may contact you to offer corrected terms or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.
We are not required to honor a clearly incorrect price when a reasonable customer would recognize that the price resulted from an obvious mistake.
27. Prohibited Conduct
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You must not use or attempt to use the Services to:
- Commit fraud or another unlawful act
- Violate consumer, export, intellectual property, or privacy laws
- Impersonate another individual or organization
- Submit false payment or account information
- Harass, threaten, or abuse another person
- Distribute spam or unsolicited promotions
- Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Interfere with website security
- Circumvent purchase limits
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data without permission
- Test system vulnerabilities without authorization
- Resell access to the Services
- Use the Services to infringe another party’s rights
- Interfere with another customer’s use of the website
We may investigate suspected misuse and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
28. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to all or part of the Services when reasonably necessary to:
- Enforce these Terms
- Prevent fraud or security threats
- Protect customers or third parties
- Comply with law
- Respond to prohibited conduct
- Maintain the operation of the Services
Termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.
Provisions concerning payment, intellectual property, User Content, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute-related matters will continue where their nature requires survival.
29. General Information Disclaimer
Website content is provided for general product and shopping information.
Although we make reasonable efforts to keep information current, we do not promise that every piece of content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
You should follow the instructions and warnings supplied with the actual product.
Any reliance on general website content is at your own reasonable discretion, subject to rights and remedies provided by applicable law.
30. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for express warranties specifically provided by us or rights that cannot legally be excluded, the Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Title
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted availability
- Error-free operation
We do not guarantee that:
- The Services will always be available
- Website errors will be corrected immediately
- Every device or browser will be compatible
- Third-party systems will operate without interruption
- Products will satisfy subjective preferences not stated in the product description
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the extent legally allowed.
31. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alliance Plastics LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the Services or a purchased product.
This may include loss of:
- Profits
- Revenue
- Business opportunities
- Data
- Goodwill
- Anticipated savings
Where liability cannot be completely excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order directly giving rise to that claim, unless applicable law requires a greater remedy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Fraud
- Willful misconduct
- Gross negligence where it cannot be excluded
- Death or personal injury caused by legally actionable negligence
- Any liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting
Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
32. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alliance Plastics LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims resulting from:
- Your material violation of these Terms
- Your unlawful use of the Services
- User Content submitted by you
- Your infringement of another person’s rights
- Fraudulent or unauthorized activity conducted through your account
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of duty.
We may assume control of the defense of a covered claim, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation.
33. Events Outside Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events that could not reasonably be prevented or controlled.
Such events may include:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Fire
- Epidemics
- War
- Civil unrest
- Government action
- Labor interruption
- Transportation disruption
- Customs delays
- Carrier failure
- Utility outages
- Internet or platform failures
- Supply-chain interruptions
We will make reasonable efforts to reduce the effect of such events and resume affected obligations when practical.
34. Severability
If a court or other competent authority determines that part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
35. No Waiver
A delay or failure by us to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
A waiver is effective only when clearly stated in writing by an authorized representative of Alliance Plastics LLC.
36. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, form the agreement between you and Alliance Plastics LLC concerning your use of the Services.
They replace prior communications or understandings concerning the same subject matter, except for additional terms expressly accepted for a specific product, promotion, or service.
37. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written approval.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, business transfer, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
38. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable federal law, without applying rules that would require the use of another jurisdiction’s laws.
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights and any jurisdiction that cannot legally be waived, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be handled by courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada.
Customers may retain additional rights under the mandatory laws of their place of residence.
39. Electronic Communications
By using the Services, you agree that order confirmations, notices, disclosures, policies, and other transaction-related communications may be provided electronically.
Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in:
- Our business practices
